Exodus 20:1-17 |
Bill of Rights
(First
ten Articles of Amendment to the
Constitution of the United States) |
First
Commandment:
I am the LORD thy God, which
have brought thee out of the land of Egypt,
out of the house of bondage. Thou shalt have
no other gods before me. |

day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in
it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy
son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor
thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy
stranger that is within thy gates: For
in six days the LORD made heaven and earth,
the sea, and all that in them is, and rested
the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed
the sabbath day, and hallowed it. |
Fourth
Amendment:
The right of the people to be
secure in their persons, houses, papers, and
effects, against unreasonable searches and
seizures, shall not be violated, and no
Warrants shall issue, but upon probable

Honour thy father and thy

land which the LORD thy God giveth thee. |

public danger; nor shall any person be
subject for the same offence to be twice put
in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be
